"Couldn’t load. Something went wrong on our end." error when trying to view my file online.
I just started doing this.
I uploaded a 151 mb photo and when i try to view it. I get this message.
I can view it with my Dropbox app on my desktop but cant view it online. I want to share but that's not going to do any good if they can't see the file.
Anyone know whats wrong?
Have you checked this list to make sure its not too large to preview? https://help.dropbox.com/view-edit/file-types-that-preview
Note that it also requires a paid for account to be able to preview some of these.
