I’m having the exact same problem. Dropbox won’t let me scroll past 2017. It says to search in “Files” but I did not put my photos in files. Dropbox has allowed me to see all of my photos that I’ve uploaded to them up until the recent past. I should have full access to all of my photos, as should everyone. Please, I BEG YOU, please fix this problem! Or I will have to go to a competitor’s platform for backing up my photos. Your forum does not have the functionality to attach screenshots here. I do have one though. Please someone other than a robot look deeper into this. This is unacceptable!

Yes! This is my exact situation! They need to fix this. I’m going to migrate everything out of Dropbox and cancel it otherwise.
