Besides that, can you perhaps send me a screenshot of what you see on the website, when trying to load more photos? Does the issue persist when accessing your photos via a web browser on your computer, instead of your phone?

I’ll do that later but agree with Kate— the issue is on the phone. With the app. That is what needs to be fixed. We need to be allowed to scroll back and see all of our photos. Like we have been able to for YEARS.
