Hi---
I keep all my photos on Dropbox. It's usually great-- I open the app and scroll back and go back literally years and years and years. If I want to see a photo from November 2014, I could ...

Iâm having this issue too and it had all of my grandkidsâ newborn photos and Iâm extremely upset right now. It says I have a 2T limit and only have used 32%of it
I pay 13.99 a month for this BECAUSE I lost photos in the past from computers dying or whatever. This is not acceptable for everyoneâs photos to just disappear.

- Glolynn723 years agoHelpful | Level 5I found the photos looking in file and then going to phot uploads, so they are all still there I believe, BUT it takes forever to load them (my phone is new so itâs not a storage/memory issue from my phone) then when it finally loads a photo I THINK âIgor be what Iâm looking for, it takes at lease 2 minutes for the photo to load, and then when I try to hit the back arrow, it takes about a minute to go back. That is if it doesnât freeze up and I have to end up closing the Dropbox app and starting over. I have 132,000 images/videos dating back to 2014. Might have to try to see if I can transfer them all to Google photos or something. But that will take forever too.
Hope it gets resolved soon. Or Iâm out too.- aa5923 years agoHelpful | Level 6I have the exact same situation. They are there but basically take forever and ever to load and then my screen freezes and itâs all just a foolâs errand.
