Downloading very large files or saving them to your account
Hi all, I am trying to download a very large file (circa 150GB) that another user has shared with me. Neither direct downloading, nor saving this file to my own account and syncing with the deskt...

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps with either the downloading or adding the file to your account?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Hi Jay,
Thanks for the quick reply: just tried in two different browsers (Safari and Firefox, had already tried in Chrome): same errors and same failure of the download after around 65-70GB. Any ideas?
