Dropbox changed offline folder to online. Asking to sync again.
Dropbox moved folders that I had left offline to online and I have to download everything again. The HD has space occupied but it is not downloaded

2 years agoI don't see any syncing icons on your files in the screenshot Fabio_Mota
Are those files in your Dropbox folder?
Also, what is your computer's exact OS version and the status and version of the Dropbox desktop app installed there as shown in your menu bar/system tray?

And is the app 'up to date' or still syncing perhaps Fabio_Mota ?
Do you see the option to make your files available offline on your computer now?

Yes, all the options appear, as if the synchronization was starting again. But I had selected the folders that would be offline yesterday, but today they came back online. And there are 3 TB of footage to sync again
