Dropbox downloads are saying download failed.

I am not technical.  If I click it, it is supposed to work.  Anyway, these are links to dropbox files from book authors and other people are downloading them just fine. I checked and I am nowhere clo...

    Could you please let me know if you get any different results after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser?

     

    If you still get an error, I'd appreciate a screenshot so that I can have a visual too.
