- When did this start happening?
- Does this happen with all videos?
- What file types does this error occur with?
- How big are the videos you’re having issue with?

You’re right, it’s a .docx attachment, but iPhone thinks it’s a photo. Hold click attachment submenu reveals tasks like, “save to images” and “save to shared album.” I still don’t know how to fix this though...

Does this happen for all of your files or only this one?
Could you send me a screenshot of how this file looks like on your mobile app and one of how it looks like on our website so I can have a better look into this?
