Getting an error when opening files through Dropbox online folders

HI, for the past weeks I have tried to open microsoft office files directly from dropbox online folders but throws and error message. Hpwever if someone shared the link I can open it. I have tried all steps suggested by help center but still cannot find a solution, neither me nor my family memebers

    At this point, the best way to get a faster resolution to your issue would be to wait for an update from our expert as they're better equipped to assist you with account and device specific information etc. Fiorella Bianchi 1

    I was able to locate your ticket in our system and passed your comments on to the expert who's looking into your case. 

    You should be hearing from them soon, but please let me know if you have anything else to add in the meantime.

    I already did that, also disconnected office online from apps, re connected, i also made sure the emails are the same. AS I said I have already been incontact with support team, through chats, various emails for the past 2 weeks and nothing solves the issue.

    Could you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let  me know if you still get the same error?
