I cannot download multiple photos
I am using a Mac laptop and when I check multiple photos to download they do not download any of them. I have to download one at a time. How can I download more than one at a time?

4 years agoHi cranerr, thanks for posting on our forum.
If I get this right, youâre having trouble downloading files directly from the Dropbox website, correct?
Are you receiving any kind of error when trying to download multiple files at once? Also, is the total size of files youâre downloading more than 20GB perhaps?
Let me know!

I am having issues only with downloading pictures. There is no error. Also, I do not see the size of anything on Dropbox.

Hey cranerr, can you clarify if you're using the web to download content locally?
Do you perhaps use the desktop app, when trying to change the state of your files?
You mentioned there's no error, can you let me know what happens then?

I am doing this from the site. Nothing happens. It is not downloaded. Also, if I select a folder to download, everything in the folder will download but the photos.
