I can't download files on the Android mobile app
I'm able to download from the web version, but starting this morning (June 24, 2025) I can not download from the mobile app.
I can upload and do everything else from my phone (Samsung S24 Ultr...

6 months agoHi Mikeylectro, bennymac, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you first try clearing the cache, and then uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?
