I can't open files on my computer via the website any more

I opened a dropbox file on the web today. There is no option to open file. The file can only be viewed.

Those option totally missing.

Are these for similar file types or just random files in different locations?

Hey Coco8. Is the Open button missing for the exact same files on a different browser?

Hmm, thanks for checking that. In this case, I’d like you to take one extra step with them, and also test this via an incognito window on your default browser.

Does that seem to make a difference?

Sorry...Because of our company's permission, we can't use inincognito window on my browser.
So do you have other methods?
