I can't see my files, folders or sidebar
Been working with DB for quite a while Today, I've attempted to load, reload, restart computer, reload...you know the drill. WHat is going on?

Hi Everybody,
Our engineering team has implemented a fix. Please let me know if you are still unable to see any elements of Dropbox on your browser and I'll make sure that information is passed along for further investigation.
Thanks,
Ben

I cleared the cache and was able to do some work, and download a few files. Now the field is back to blank. Very frustrating!!

2 years agoSorry to hear this, KJ Herbs. Are you seeing the same thing on a different browser/incognito mode?

I've had the same issue since yesterday—nothing loading. Cleared cache, used different browsers, restarted, and used different computers. You all still have an issue going on whether you'd like to admit it or not.

What is "incognito" mode? I can now see the left navigation pane, but when a folder is selected, nothing is visible in the large viewing pane. I have a stack of reports with pictures on DB that I must access and until yesterday it was easy-peasy. I really need a solution ASAP.
thank you

- Neverevhoodo2 years agoHelpful | Level 5I have spoken with support. They're already working on it. Just could suggest synching the folder in app if you must have access urgently. On my pc the db app works.

SHould I delete the app? Will that delete to files in DB? What does syncing do? 🤔

Nancy,
I logged in using MS Edge. At first I could see the folders and files, but when I selected a file to download, the viewing pane went blank. ANother solution??
