I can't see my files, folders or sidebar
Been working with DB for quite a while Today, I've attempted to load, reload, restart computer, reload...you know the drill. WHat is going on?

Hi Everybody,
Our engineering team has implemented a fix. Please let me know if you are still unable to see any elements of Dropbox on your browser and I'll make sure that information is passed along for further investigation.
Thanks,
Ben

When I enter Dropbox, I cannot get into folders to download files and send by email to other parties. Why is this happening? It's been going on for over 24 hours and Geek Squad couldn't fix it. Please fix this problem; I do not have an understanding boss and the patients aren't too open-minded either. I have to get into folders, please help.

Hey Why7, let's jump right into this!
Would you be able to send me a few additional info such as the platform you're using when this happens?
Do you use our website, if I'm guessing correctly? If so, which exact browser?
Do you notice any particular errors on your end? Feel free to let me know.
Thanks!

Hi Megan - I'm using the site, and my browser is Edge. (Microsoft). I've tried every which way to enter and download files; I've re-entered names in the search box countless times and they weren't wrong most times. I've used the left panel and tried to enter the folders that way. I tried copying links and emailing them to myself and opening that way. I just get the blank white space with the Dropbox formating on the top and sides; sometimes all I get is just a blank page. I've waiting it out and nothing materializes.

Does the issue persist after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser by any chance Why7?
