I can't zoom in to the Dropbox image preview
I'm having trouble with image previews in Dropbox on my Windows 11 machine. Whenever I click on a JPEG image to preview it, the image appears in a small, fixed-size window. I can't seem to resize the window or zoom in on the image, even though I've tried using the scroll wheel and the zoom controls. I'm running Dropbox version 216.3.4345 and Windows 11 version 26100.2605. I've already tried updating my graphics drivers, adjusting the display settings in Windows, and reinstalling Dropbox, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions?

Hi TaiXiong, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, are you referring to previewing the file on the Dropbox site? Which browser are you currently using?
Are you able to open the image in a full screen instead of using the Quick Preview feature?
This will help me to assist further!

As a local file, not a web-based resource, I've encountered this issue on two separate devices following the update to Microsoft's new sync API, Cloud Files. Upon opening the preview window, the image preview on the right consistently displays at a fixed, small size.

So, you're referring to the image as it appears in Explorer, not Dropbox, is that correct?
Are the files available locally, or are they online-only?

yes. is explorer.
is locally.

Are you able to preview images outside the Dropbox folder the way you're mentioning?
If you quit the Dropbox desktop application completely, are you able to preview the images?

It is completely normal in other folders, and the preview image will be scaled accordingly with the adjustment of the preview window. This is also the case in OneDrive folders.
It is still abnormal after closing Dropbox.

Could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by using this link, and then rebooting your machine?

I tried it on my office computer, but it didn't help at all.

Hey TaiXiong - sorry to hear this persists for you.
Can you maybe send us a screenshot of a sample file showing this behavior so that we can have a visual too?

Dropbox
OneDrive
它們是同一個檔案。 OneDrive 可以毫無問題地處理放大的預覽。
