I'm getting an Error 500 on my Paper doc. Why?
Is there anyone still monitoring this discussion? if so I need help, tried different browser, private browsers, nothing is working and its only happening for 1 file.
Pls help!

2 years agoHi MrsPibbX, do you see any history of the file in the events page or the deleted files page?
Are you certain that this is the only Dropbox account that you use and login to on the browser?

Confirming not in deleted files or events.
But I do have 2 other Dropbox Accounts with different emails.

Is it maybe possible that you shared this document with one of your other Dropbox accounts MrsPibbX?
I'm asking, because it would help to also check there, and see if you get the same results.

Just to check, since you mentioned that you saved it into a folder, do you see the file in that folder? Could you attach a screenshot showing this?
When was the exact last time that you were able to successfully access the file?
