JPG Files don't display in File Explorer Preview Pane
Windows 10 64bit Edition 22H2
Dropbox v 192.4.7629
JPG files in a dropbox folder do not display in the File Explorer Preview Pane. I can move the same file from the dropbox folder to any folder on the hard drive and it displays instantly in the windows preview pane.
Other files, like PNG, DOCX, PDF, TXT, etc, display fine. However, XLSX files do not display.
PNG, DOCX, PPTX, PDF, TXT files display fine from local hard drive (directories not connected to Dropbox), but XLSX files do not (interesting).
Stopping dropbox on the PC has no affect (i.e. preview pane still does not work.).
Covet any wisdom... 😉

Could you also send us a couple of screenshots so that we can have a visual too anazacco?

Attached. Note down right how size "is" 0. Number 1 is before opening the file. In number 2 you can already see the size, after opening and closing the file. This never happened before and I use it daily.
Thank you.

Thanks for the screenshots anazacco
Could you also clarify the status and version of the Dropbox desktop app installed on the affected computer?

I had exactly the same problem and was driving me crazy. I tried installing other JPG viewers, but no solution either. Finally, I uninstalled Dropbox completely and installed it again. This solved the issue.

Thanks, I'll try that!

I just dug in the customization option and I saw this in the Preview tab.
