2 years agoHi there Nakamoo - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
When you say you pasted a link to a Dropbox folder, can you confirm that you're referring to a shared link?
Does the issue persist on another browser or after clearing your browser's cache?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hi Walter,
Thank you for your reply.
I copied the link by right-clicking the folder and select "Copy Dropbox Link."
I cleared the browser cache and testes links in (2) PDF files with Firefox and Microsoft Edge. The results are as follows:
A link to a folder directly under the Dropbox folder - Working.
Another link to another folder under a subfolder - Not Working.
Hope this gives you a little mote clue of what is causing this issue.

Are you the owner of these folders Nakamoo?
What is the exact error you're getting with the nested sub-folder by the way? Could you send us a screenshot?
Also, did you try the links from a logged-in state or were you logged off from your Dropbox account?

Hi Walter,
I am the owner of these folders.
Screenshots below are two of four error messages I got so far. Other than these messages, I also got Error (500) and another short message saying something about url at the upper left corner of my browser with no picture. I forgot the exact sentence though.
