My files show a cloud and I can't open them or get them to download to get the green check.

My files show a cloud and I can't access them or get them to download to get the green check. I thought if I clicked on the cloud that I could get them to synch but nothing. Any ideas how I can downl...

    Hi priscale - welcome to out Community!

    At first, can you control-click (for Macs) or right-click (for Windows) and see if you get an option for Smart Sync>Local? 

    While at it, what's the desktop app reporting exactly in your computer's system tray/menu bar
