My files won't load, and I keep getting an error that something went wrong. Is the site down?
None of my files will load & I keep getting this error. Is the site down for anyone else? It looks like the DB status page says everything is running normally.

Dropbox is currently reporting system issues over on the Status page.
Usually these are resolved quite quickly so keep an eye here or at that page for updates.

As Mark mentioned there seems to be a slight hiccup on the website's performance at the moment.
If you have a different platform that you can use -mobile or desktop app- please try accessing your content that way.
If I were you I'd also try a different browser, just in case you can access your files there. Other than that, our Team is aware of this, and we're working to resolve the issue.
