No apps linked with the "Open In" Functionality, therefore can't use it.
Hi - I am wrestling with the 'open in' functionality in the dropbox menu. i can see it - but there is no app associated with it. How do I make that happen please?

What is its status when you hover your cursor over the Dropbox icon in the menu bar?

Hey FRACTALS! Hope youâre doing well.
Were there any updates on the third-party app that youâre using to open this type of files, right before this issue started?
Is the file in question locally synced to your desktop app? Does it show a green checkmark, when you open your Finder > Dropbox folder?

... Not that I am aware of - I believe 'Text Edit' is bundled as part of MacOS - but now you mention it there was a recent update I am now on Ventura 13.4.1 - just checked - there is another update that moves to 13.5.1 - so am going to update and see if that fixes anything.

It does not - but no other files in drop box have that green check either - despite me being able to see them in the web application.
