Notification when copying files to my external drive

If you just copy and paste them then no they wont be informed.

If you have files synced to your computer, and are visible in your Dropbox folder, then copying those files to another drive wouldn't be detected by Dropbox.
This means that the team admin wouldn't be aware of the download either.

@jay if the files haven’t been synced, And I want to change them from online only to offline , the business admin would be notified??
