On my iPhone I cannot connect with my backup of my PC.
On my iPhone I cannot connect with my backup of my pc, made by de Dropbox backup app. On my iPad it is no problem. The Dropbox app is installed on my iPhone.

My IOS version is 16.6.1 and the version of my Dropbox app on the iPhone is 344.2.4. The Dropbox version on my PC (laptop) is 182.4.6427. I sent some screenshots.

3 years agoHey Robertbm, sorry to jump in, but have you tried requesting the desktop version of the website though the browser you're using?

I think this was the problem. I deleted all the browser info in Chrome and after that I could see the backup again. Thank you for your help!!
