Page-files turned into folders and jpg-files (preview).
Device
Apple M1
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Sequoia 15.6 (24G84)
Dropbox App Version/Browser Version
Version 1.5.3 (35)
Question or Issue
Lot of my page-files were transformed in folders (with the same the title of the original files plus ".page"). Inside of these folders there are jpg-files named "preview.jpg".
How I can recover my page-files?

Hey Ricardo Crica - thanks for posting on our Community and happy Monday!
Let me start by clarifying that .pages files are not supported for preview on the Dropbox website at the moment and what you see is actually expected since they're package files.
You should be able to preview them properly via the relevant software after downloading or exporting them locally on your device(s).
I hope this helps!

HI Walter .
Thanks for your answer!
I am aware of this limitation. But that is actually not the issue.
Let me try to explain with more details.
I have plenty of page-files in my dropbox that do appear properly as "page-files". Dropbox-app or site cannot open them? Yep. But I'am totally ok with that! My intention is to use these files on my desktop.
The point is: beside these "normal" page-file, I have lots of the page-files in my dropbox that appear as "page-folder" - these folders have jpg-files inside. And I know they were all page-files that, at some point, were transformed in page-folders. Departing from this situation, how can I recover the page-files?
Please, look at the difference below. - Hannah4 months ago

Hi from me as well, Ricardo Crica.
How do these files appear in your local Dropbox folder?
