Printing/Downloading a PDF from DropBox

I work in the IT department in a county office building.  We have public users that incounter errors when trying to download/print PDFs from dropbox.  The errors are different between Chrome and IE. ...

Can you let me know if you have the same issue printing when you download the file locally to your computer Charleston County?
