"Something went wrong" every time I try to open Dropbox.

For 2 days now when ever I try to open Dropbox, I get an error screen that says "Something went wrong. Don't worry your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified."   This is day 2 and I need to get to my files.  What's going on???????

This is for the Dropbox website? If so, clear your browser's cache/browsing history and try again, or try with another browser.

Hey Lawix858, let's see what we can find about this!

Do you get that error when you try to access your content, or account?

Also, which platform do you use? Our website, desktop or mobile app?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

I am using Safari on a iMac.  When I click the Dropbox Icon to open my account, I get the error message with a purple icon in the middle of it.

    Hey Lawix858

Do you notice this behavior only when you're using Safari? Have you tried another browser too?

Would you mind sending over a screenshot of the message you get on your end?
