The desktop app's icon in my menu bar is grey and won't open. Can you help?

hello, I can't see the blue Dropbox icon in he menu bar? It's grey and doesn't open. Any help please? Thank you

    Thank you very much. I reinstalled, and this has fixed the trouble.
