Unable to open Excel files on Android Dropbox mobile app.

So, from what I understand, you’d like them to preview the Excel file via their mobile app, correct?
Can you clarify the size of the Excel file showing in your screenshot? If they download/save the file locally to their devices as a test, can they open it normally?

Hey, my team just got back to me that all is back and running as usual since this morning. Don’t know if you managed to find the issue or it was just a bug of some sort. Thanks any ways!
But yes it is correct, view the file from their cell phones. It worked when downloading it, but not all got excel installed and then they couldn’t open it.
The file is 1,06mb, it’s basically screenshots of the schedule produced in excel. It works better to put it in excel since the page is bigger than word for example. And they are able to see one week at a time
