very slow viewer on android
Hello,
For several months, I have noticed that viewing (not loading) files is extremely slow on my Android phone. When I click on the file (excel for example) that I want to preview, there is a kind of blue square that flashes in the middle of the screen and it lasts and lasts. When the preview of the file finally appears, it is better not to touch anything (zoom for example) because then everything is erased and that **bleep** blue square reappears and it lasts and lasts. An idea ? THANKS

Hi buysschaert, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What version of the Dropbox mobile app are you running, and who Android OS is on your device?
This will help me to assist further!

If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?

Hi there and sorry to jump in here, but do you have 3 or more devices connected to your account buysschaert?
Have you tried clearing the app's cache at all since you first noticed this issue?

In that case, you can remove your Android device from your Security page, uninstall the mobile app from the device completely and then re-install it anew after rebooting your phone buysschaert
Let us know if you notice any difference.

Hey buysschaert, did you notice this happening with all your files?
Like, all file types, sizes, etc.? Or specific ones that would show a potential pattern?

Après essais, il s'avère que le problème ne se présente que pour les fichiers de type xslx
