Hope you are still monitoring this. There are a few other files I am having trouble downloading. I tried a different computer, different browser, different browser on different computer, incognito window, cleared cache. Just something stopping video from downloading. I am downloading everything off dropbox that I can. I need some resolve to this before December 21, as I fear I will loose whatever I can not download.

Inside my account, but I have even shared them with others and they are not able to download either.

Sorry just now seeing this. Yes you can send me an email.
Also, some how a few more were able to download with out issue. But there are two more that are still having issues. Basically only about half the video will download.

Hey haisletjason - sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify the size of the files that aren't downloading at the moment?
Have you tried clearing the browser's cache again lately? Also, have you ensured that you have enough hard drive space for the downloads?

One is 53.97GB, the other is 32.45GB. The drive I am trying put them on has 1.32TB Free
I have cleared cache, swapped computers, swapped browsers, signed out and back in.

And is the download failing with an error or the files download successfully and won't open haisletjason?
- haisletjason3 years agoExplorer | Level 3The download was failing with a systems error and recently it is downloading, but only seems to down load half. It shows 2 or 3 hours to download, but then stops downloading, but shows complete.
I have downloaded just as large files to Google drive and One Note without issue on same computers, same network, same browser. - Walter3 years ago
