Video download from dropbox wont play

I have a video downloaded from dropbox, but when i play it, it only shows the dropbox icon and no sound. This video was sent to me by somebody else, the file size indicates there is something there, ...

Rubs salt in the wound that I’m getting notifications about staff sorting similar problems when I wasn’t offered the same service! You can at least stop me getting the notifications! đŸ€Ź
