    Hello,

    I am still having issues with the transcript. I hope this can get corrected because i am behind on my classwork. Thanks for looking into this matter.

        I am still having issues and i am still getting the same error message. I have tried on google chrome and Microsoft edge and its still not working. I am hoping your team can help because I am behind on classwork.
