Videos that are uploaded to Dropbox on my iPhone don't play when they're downloaded on my computer.
my iphone is getting full of my photos and videos and i wanted to use dropbox to move the larger videos to my computer. however everytime i upload a video from my iphone and download it on my compute...

nevermind, found the issue was with my media player, transfered to a new one that supported the hevc

Iâve mostly just been using Dropbox to transfer videos and photos from my phone to my laptop, I like to take videos and pics of the outdoors but I took so many that my phone was actually full of storage lol. Originally was using Gmail but then quickly learned that they have a limit to how big you can send files with so I spent like an hour looking for free apps/websites to transfer my larger videos until I found Dropbox. Took me a bit to learn how to use it properly and the whole Hevc situation. Iâm probably going to keep using Dropbox to transfer files rather then store them as I prefer it that way but Dropbox has been nice to use for free and the 2 gigabyte limit hasnât really affected me as none of my videos are like 2 hours long or smth like that.
