Videos uploaded from Pixel 4a have wrong timestamp in gallery view

Whenever I upload a video from my Pixel 4a, doesn't matter whether it is an automatic camera upload or a manual one, it's timestamp in a Dropobx photo gallery is always exactly 2 hours earlier than a correct timestamp.

Can you fix it ?

I hope Dropbox doesn't mess around with metadata of my files.

Hii mgrz, welcome to our Community and thanks for flagging this with us.

Can you please let me know which version of our mobile app you're using on your device?

Also, if it's not too much to ask, could you include a screenshot of where you spotted this discrepancy so that we can have a visual too?

Last but not least, have you checked your account's timezone through your settings online?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there!

Hi Walter, the app version is 240.2.2, I've checked timezone settings and everything seems alright (GMT+02:00). Here are screenshots, I've recorded short video of online clock, at time 00:36 22.06.2021 GTM+02:00, metadata of video file stored locally is correct, once uploaded to Dropbox its timestamp in gallery view is 22:36 21.06.2021.

video viewed locally on phonevideo matadata viewed locally on phonevideo viewed in Dropbox Gallery, once uploaded, with wrong timestamp

Thanks for the additional information and the screenshots too mgrz.

May I reach out via email to investigate this further?

I am having this same problem with video timestamp being 6 hours off (early). See images below - 2 examples of photos and videos taken of the same subject at around the same time but videos are timestamping 6 hours early. Times are off because I hadn't reset camera for a new timezone but you get the idea - 1st and 3rd are same subject, as are 2nd and 4th but times are off by 6 hours.
