Just used dropbox transfer for the first time yesterday. Sending 20 picture files to a coworker. It was only sent to her and she did not share the link. This morning I have 2,000 emails from dropbox. The most recent email states 6230 views and 2248 downloads... what is going on???

8 months agoHi again, sockman_! Our team has reported in the meantime that the emails you're seeing are being triggered by third-party security software scanners interacting with the transfers.
If you’re still receiving a large number of emails, like the ones you mentioned, you should be able to disable them via your Transfer management page here.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and let me know if you need something else.
