Hi, I cleared the browser's cache... and tried to view the images again, but I got the same message. See below.

5 years agoThe file should be able to be previewed, since it's less than 512 MB. It's possible that something else might be preventing the file from previewing.
Are you not able to download the file to your machine, to then preview it?

If the file is in your own account, do you have the Dropbox desktop application installed?
If so, the file should have automatically synced to your machine, and you should be able to open it from your local Dropbox folder.

Hi Jay, I don't... but i'm not sure why i can see everything else in my account, other jpegs that are even older than those ones?
