Zip Folder will not preview any images

Hi, I have jpeg images in a zip folder, which I was able to access before... the zip file is from 2014, but i never had any issues.  Now when I try to open the zip file to preview the images, I get a...

If the file is in your own account, do you have the Dropbox desktop application installed?

 

If so, the file should have automatically synced to your machine, and you should be able to open it from your local Dropbox folder.

Hi Jay, I don't... but i'm not sure why i can see everything else in my account, other jpegs that are even older than those ones?

    There is a possibility that the file itself is corrupt, which is why it will no longer preview.

    Could you try another browser to download the file, since you haven't mentioned if you tried that yet?
