“Couldn’t Load File” error on ALL saved audio files
All of my saved audio files (multiple formats over 4-5 years) are giving me the above error with a cartoon picture of a cat. Issue just started today, as I had no issues accessing these files yesterday evening. Please help!
- Quick update: the issue is resolved if I make the audio file “available offline”. Not ideal, but I’m less panicked about the issue at least. Not sure what could cause this to happen overnight.
I’ve updated to the most recent version of iOS on my iPhone and iPad I utilize Dropbox on + updated Dropbox itself to the latest version on each as well - just to ensure no issues being caused on that end.
Thanks

I go on my email click on the PDF or file and click save to Dropbox, choose the folder then say ‘Couldn’t load file please try again later’ any ideas??

Hey Mattbulaitis, thanks for the nudge here and sorry to see you're having this issue.
Are you running the most recent version of iOS on your phone and the most recent version of the Dropbox app?
Have you restarted your device, since this issue appeared?
You can also clear the cache of the Dropbox app from the app's settings, to see if that helps.
