Cannot delete a file from my Dropbox account, why?

Trying to delete a file.  It's my dropbox account and my file.  I hover over the three dots and everything EXCEPT delete appears.  WTH? Dell desktop, Windows 10

    Hi - I figured it out.  There's a "suggested for you" area from which I was trying to delete it.  Virtually all other options are there, but not delete.  I have to go to the file list and there are the three dots on the right.  Thanks to the developers for the ever increasingly complicated way of doing things.
