Files that I sent using a shared link aren't accessible. How can I restore them?

Hi, Dropbox community. In April 2019 I was at a funeral where I took some pictures which I saved in a folder here on dropbox. I sent the link to the dropbox to my daughter, which she didn't open at the time. She has never been ready to see the pictures until now, and sadly now they are gone. It says the link doesn't exist. I have been under deleted files, where nothing could be found. The pictures are also gone from my phone, and now my hope is soon gone.

I still have the link which I sent to my daughter.

Is it possible to do anything at all??

PLEASE HELP

Hey lindap1011, thanks for dropping by the community.

First we have to gather a little information from you. Which Dropbox plan are you on? Free? Plus?

Prior to your daughter clicking the link you sent, when was the last time you'd logged into this dropbox account?

Have you checked the email connected to this Dropbox account for any messages about the status of your account?
