I can't access the "manage files" section to delete files and free up storage space.

Can you send me a screenshot of the âmanage filesâ section youâre selecting, in order to find which files are taking up excess space on your Dropbox account?
If you go here, can you see the folder you shared with your friend and open it? In case sheâs uploaded a large file indeed, you should be able to delete it on your end (since I understand youâre the owner of the shared folder).
