I can't delete files or drag them into my Dropbox account.
Hi all, I can no longer add files into my dropbox, I have plenty of storage. Also when I try to delete files it says "the operation cant be completed because you dont have permission to access some of the items" Its my dropbox and all worked perfectly fine a week ago. Any idea anyone

Can you check the steps here, to make sure that Dropbox has full disk access, in case that's the issue?

Hi Hannah, now if I go on Chrome dropbox I can delete files. I can also add but it is kind of a process. I cant just drag in a file and drop it.

If you login to your account on dropbox.com, are you able to perform the same actions, or are you getting any errors?

And when I try to delete a file the attached message comes up. I can delete things within the file but not the file itself.

The photos attached is when I try to add something to my dropbox. When I try to add with the dropbox icon it says + in green but it never adds. And when I try to drag it on it shows I cant.

Hi Mark, I have answered as well as I can. She asked me to post a photo of whats going on. I have no idea how to post a photo of me dragging a file to the dropbox icon and it never shows up in the dropbox. I told Nancy that already. And what it says when I try to delete files.
