I can't remove a PNG file that was shared with me via a phishing email.
I can't make it go away. Dropbox won't respond to my emails or do anything about it. I will need to move to a different cloud service if I can't resolve this due to work policies.
Any suggestions?

Hi Caleb C.1, is the file visible on this page on your account? Are you able to remove it from there?

Hmm, I see. Can you send me one more full screenshot of the options that appear when selecting the image? I’d like to have a look and see what else we can try after that.

Thanks for updating me, Caleb! On your first screenshot, there’s a little square at the top left part of the photo you were seeing; can you please click on that square to select the photo and let me know if the “Delete” button appears then?

So, I found where to email Dropbox. It's not easy to find that link. A simple "contact us" on the main page would be a big help in that regard.

I don't have a ticket number. I don't know how to obtain one. I reported the issue via the help center link "report an issue" several times over the past week.
As you can see from the screenshot, there are no options for deleting or removing it from my account. It says it is shared by Autumn Faust. - Nancy2 years ago

I’m sorry to hear about this, Caleb C.1.
Can you send me your ticket number here? I’d like to locate your support request in our system and take a look.
Other than that, I'd like a screenshot of what you see on your Dropbox account when trying to delete the file in question.
Keep me posted.
