I had downloaded my files on my Mac, but they're 0 bytes; they don't exist on the web either.
I unsubscribed from Dropbox in March 2024 and downloaded all my files before canceling. However, when I checked today (January 2025), I found that my downloaded files are corrupted (Zero Bytes on Mac...

I donât remember exactly how I downloaded the files, but at this moment, all of these folders have disappeared.
Could you advise me on how I can restore them?

11 months agoHi again, tigercaptain. If the files were deleted from the Dropbox website back then, after you downloaded them to your computer, Iâm afraid there isnât much to be done, since they'll have been deleted outside of your file recovery window.
Besides your current computer, did you happen to have another one linked to your Dropbox account? If yes, your files may be still there, so that you can access them this way.
