Save As M4A not working
Hi, I have several videos (*.mp4) saved in my Dropbox. Using the menu on the right, I can successfully save the files as *.mov, *.mp3 and *.wav. However, when I try saving the file as *.m4a it doesn't work. Loading appears at the bottom of the screen. Then Automatically saving your file as audio appears.... but it goes on forever and never finishes. Can you please help?
I see, thanks for the update and the screenshot, Steph333.
I'm afraid that this is a known limitation. Files larger than 100 MB cannot be converted at this time.
Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Hey Steph333, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you seeing the option to convert an .mp4 file into an .m4a one? Would you mind sending us a screenshot showing this option?
Also, how large is the file in question? Is it larger than 100 MB?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

I am seeing the option (screenshot attached) and the file is larger than 100 GB.
