shared folder conflict

Hi,

I have a bunch of missing folders within sub-folders and I think the route cause is a main folder that says (shared folder conflict) after the name of the folder. Pretty sure it wasn't there before.

It doesn't seem to be a syncing issue, and not a storage space issue.

Anyone have experience in this and how I can resolve?

Ian

Hi ian01, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just to check, is the original shared folder (without the conflict folder name) a folder with view/only properties (and have a lock on the folder itself), or are you able to edit files in that folder?

This will help me to assist further!

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for the response.

I think I'm able to edit files. But they are cad files so all links are lost because lots of folders that contain the links are simply not there anymore.

Do you have a folder with the same name as the shared folder (without the conflict suffix)? Is only one of them shared, and if so, which one?

Which folder contains the correct information you need?
