Unable to edit Microsoft files online
Until a few days ago, I was able to edit Microsoft files (word, excel) online. Now the page loads with a white screen. I am on a free account. I found a thread that says only Business account holder are able to edit Microsoft files online, but this thread is +6 years old. Has the the terms and conditions changed as of recent??
What I have tried to fix this is use Edge, Chrome browsers and clear my cache to no available.

Hi. Not sure if the techs were working on it since, but I have just tested and it's working again. I am able to edit online.

Yes, it does. In fact, I only use Chrome incognito to edit Dropbox files online.

Hey ducsue - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please let me know if this persists on an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running as well?
If it does, I'd appreciate a screenshot as well.
Thank you!
