here is the window for dropbox that i get when i try to save a file from safari to dropbox on my iphone
this is a picture of the window of dropbox when I try to save a file to download from SAFARI on my iphone 15pro. I have already emptied the cache on SAFARI, on dropbox,; reinstalled dropbox !

Hello, I’m getting exactly the same issue on my iPad. Everything is up-to-date. I’ve reset everything. I’ve deleted the Dropbox iOS app and reinstalled. Do you have any other advice?

Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, are you able to do this via a web browser normally and does it persist on both cellular data and via WiFi?
