“make available offline” is slow on iOS app
“make available offline” used to be fast, then came the updates…
What happened? Why does it take so long to make a file available offline now?

Hi @FuelOn, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you connected to a stable WiFi connection? Have you tried using a different network, or cellular data instead?
This will help me to assist further!

Yes, the issue presents in every network I tried. Cellular or WiFi, it makes no difference.
After toggling “make available offline” the file shows as “queued” with a still blue icon for about 40 seconds until it turns green and begins moving and loading.
Then it is quick to load.
But it’s a tedious long “queue”, even if nothing else is actually queued. - Hannah2 years ago

Hey FuelOn , sorry to jump in here.
Trying this on my own device, does not give me any issues.
Are you on the most recent version of the app and iOS too?
If you tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'clear cache', do you see any difference?
