A link is generated but I'm getting an "Unable to copy link" error on my Mac.

Hey AnnieJ!
If you haven’t tried this already, can you relaunch your Finder with these steps and let me know if the behavior remains the same?
If this doesn't work, please try to quit and relaunch the Dropbox app as the next step. Have you also restarted your device since the issue started?

7 days agoHey AnnieJ, sorry to hear that!
Just so we can have a visual, can you please send us a screenshot of how things look on your end?

Hey Hannah!
Sure, please see attached - these are the only options I'm getting on right click or from any menus.
And the "Share" options are shown in the second screenshot.
It's the same menu I get when files are NOT in dropbox, none of the DropBox options are available despite the fact that all my active folders live permanently within DropBox.
thanks!
Annie.

Thanks for those screenshots, Annie, very helpful!
So, it looks like the Dropbox options are missing in general, not just the sharing ones.
Is the Dropbox app running on your computer and syncing as normal?
What do you see when you hover over the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar?

Hey Hannah,
Dropbox is definitely running on my computer and says it's up to date:
Very strange!
